Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results:
– Creation of an automated carpentry production line, connected to information systems and cloud computing, enabling production capacity and productivity to more than triple;
– In-house production of the full range of products, with a significant reduction in the need for subcontracting due to insufficient production capacity or the inability to perform certain production operations to the required quality standards;
– Increase in turnover of approximately 220% compared with the pre-project period and 67.5% compared with provisional 2018 figures;
– Increase in international turnover of more than 430% compared with the pre-project period, representing more than 65% of total turnover;
– 33% increase in the workforce and 50% increase in qualified staff, with the latter accounting for 37.5% of the total workforce;
– Increase in productivity and profitability, measured by growth in Gross Value Added (GVA) of more than 500%.

Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results:
– Vertical integration of the company’s activity through the full incorporation of the industrial component, covering the entire production process required for the intended development of the company’s operations;
– Radical innovation of the business model by acquiring significant industrial capacity, enabling us to produce finished products for direct sale or for incorporation into our own projects or those of third parties;
– Investment in core Industry 4.0 concepts throughout the production process and their interconnection through information systems;
– Significant reduction in dependence on external third parties within the production process, as a result of the new state-of-the-art production capacity achieved through the project;
– Increase in production capacity of more than 89% (Gross Production Value increases by more than 89%);
– Increase in turnover of more than 89%;
– Internationalisation and diversification of markets and business activities (exports increase by 442% and represent 40% of total turnover);

Project Summary: Internationalisation and Innovation of Marketing and Organisational Techniques and Models.

The company’s strategic objectives include:
-Strengthening the strategic orientation of in-house production towards external demand and promoting the company’s competitiveness through an active presence in the global market, by reinforcing financial, commercial and human resources dedicated to the promotion and prospecting of international markets, thereby supporting increased activity and turnover (growth of approximately 84% in turnover based solely on the increase in international turnover), with a strong focus on external markets. This strategy is aimed at diversifying markets and clients, increasing overall turnover, and raising the share of international markets in total turnover to 79%;
-Strengthening the company’s strategic positioning in the markets in which it already operates and, above all, increasing its ability to diversify into new markets;
-Investing in new marketing models and techniques, particularly digital marketing, as a means of promotion and increasing brand awareness, with an expected 20% increase in orders;
-Strengthening the focus on custom-made projects;
-Increasing the company’s brand awareness, recognition and visibility;-Diversifying the range of products/services offered, particularly through investment in own-brand or custom-made design for kitchen collections, bathroom furniture collections and cabinet/wardrobe/closet collections, which are expected to represent 5% to 10% of total turnover in the post-project period, either incorporated into the service or sold independently;-Driving organisational innovation through the recruitment of highly qualified technical staff for international business management, as well as through professional training aimed at developing skills and enabling the innovation/improvement of organisational processes related to international trade and digital marketing.
