Construction of the 22-storey Ocean Terrace development in Leça da Palmeira is progressing at a steady and efficient pace, with one floor completed every two weeks. On 24 October, we completed the concreting of the 4th-floor slab, with completion of the 5th floor scheduled for 8 November, while maintaining strict adherence to the project deadlines.
